For a while either they pulled stuff or eztv etc just posted links to other sites where their torrent files were being hosted but it seems as if everyone is just ignoring that now and it's back to normal.

I use eztv for tv and mininova for pretty much everything else, I get stuff same day/next day etc and no sign of any nasty letters or evil men in balck at my door. Yet.

whoever said paranormal activity that came out a week ago or w/e was fake is an idiot. Too bad the movie is horrible and not worth downloading anyways.

btw, just use piratebay, no one is coming to your house, your internets wont be turned off, and you aren't getting sued for using a public torrent site

Not sure if you were being sarcastic, but I've "heard of" people's ISP's denying them service after repeated reported infractions from various different agencies that track torrents of their movies/tv shows. I don't know anyone personally that this has happened to, but nevertheless, I think it'd be silly to risk it unnecessarily.
