Its not a trailer. From AICN who Sly sent the stuff to:

Stallone is a kind of time machine it seems. Too bad it this time it went back to the Rambo sequels instead of the first one like he did, masterfully, with Rocky.

That said, this Rambo looks like a cheap thai Z movie from the 70s, with all the good and bad that entails.

Looks interesting at least. I'm not much on Rambo after First Blood, but I hope this will give closure to the series.

And is 2007 the "Year of the Beheadings?" AoC and this seem to indicate yes.

I can only hope that this will bring about Judge Dredd 2.

Dude Demolition Man was good.

I actually figured that Stallone would do a modern day First Blood, looking at returning Iraq War veterans or something like that. This looks interesting too though.

Yeah Demolition Man was entertaining. This isn't really what I expected out of the next Rambo movie, but it should at least be entertaining which is always good.

Er...what? I must just not understand what you are saying. He went to the rocky sequels with Rocky Balboa too... it had nothing to do with the first Rocky. Is that what you ment or am I still in need of my morning coffee? heh

You guys only liked the first Rambo? I thought part 2 was equally good. Granted I saw them both as a kid but I still enjoy watching them.

Also as a kid there was a Rambo cartoon on tv, the same time Gi Joe and Transformers had cartoons on tv, and the Rambo cartoon was pretty good, he fought ninjas and the russian army. The cartoon had all the the original rambo music and it always had the close up part where he tied his combat boots and his head band while the rambo mucic played, always happened before he went and kicked some ass. Good stuff as a kid. They don't make cartoons like that anymore for kids, now they have crap like pokemon and power rangers, poor kids.

I checked youtube for a sample of the old Rambo cartoon I watched as a kid and amazingly they had some on there, here is a sample:

YouTube - Rambo - The Angel Of Destruction [Episode 2, Part 1]
YouTube - Rambo - The Angel Of Destruction [Episode 2, Part 2]

Best is part 2 when he is kicking ass on ski's.
