| Great director, great cast (Sienna Miller excepted, but thankfully Victoria should have very little screen time), and a fantastic story by the best writer to ever put pen to paper... I cannot fucking wait for this to come out. In a perfect world it would be rated R to keep with the original, but I suppose that's asking a bit much for something that will seem like a fairy tale suitable for children to most people not familiar with Neil Gaiman's book. |

+9 Internets | I can see that point, but the same thing was said of the early release trailer of 300 and I don't think that hurt them in the end in the slightest. Those with tinfoil hats might actually say this was a deliberate leak! |

| Just about everything Neil Gaiman touches is good, and this guy gets his hand into a lot of things. I was surprised to see he had a part in Princess Mononoke.

+8 Internets | Not to mention Ian McKellen & Peter O'Toole are in it as well. I wish McKellen was more than just the Narrator. Vorph, since it appears you have read the book, how much screen time do you think O'Toole will get? |

| And here is a link to the official trailer, which pretty much trumps the other one in all imaginable ways. I now officially can't wait for this movie. STARDUST on Yahoo! Movies |

| Huh, I thought Michelle Pfeiffer was murdered by some thug students she once taught, and here she is starring next to Robert DeNiro. Go figure. And now that I've watched it; WTF I hope those scenes with the main character guy and Clare Danes fighting with Pfeiffer weren't the end of the movie, but they sure looked like it. I mean jeez, leave some mystery to the movie. Why can't trailers just be the first two minutes to the movie instead of an entire plot synopsis. Ya, ya, I know it's a book, but fuck reading, not nearly enough colors and tits. Last edited by Jabberwhacky : 03-25-2007 at 09:30 PM. |
