Apparently she doesn't want to be known as the girl from harry potter anymore. Girl should grab the money while she can. Oh well.

I was thinking the same thing, but you never know. I've seen actors/actresses do dumber things, and at 16 you think you know it all. At least I knew it all.

Unfortunately, she doesn't understand that it's too late. If she wanted out she should have quit after the first movie.

Instead of being known as "that girl from Harry Potter", she'll be known as "that girl from the first 5 Harry Potter movies". Congratulations. You'll regret it when you're older.

Good chance it is for more money, either that or she isn't the only one with that freaking unwanted image of a neked Harry Potter burned into her head.

She is cute and a decent actress. I bet she can do OK without any more of the movies, citing personal reasons, growth and other BS.

Then again, I wonder how bad she might be pissing off 95%+ of her fan base, if not all of them, if she doesn't do the movie. /shrug. People are forgiving.

I would worry more about pissing off warner's. Aren't they the biggest studio in hollywood? I'm sure they are gonna hire her again after she fucks them over

When I read the article again (am way to tired to really be trying to make sense) I didn't get the impression she said no. I got the impression she just hasn't signed yet. Big difference. I would think it is just a matter of getting the contract terms down right.

That, and the fact the story isn't all over everything, which I think it would be if she declined outright and said no way. Given how extensively popular the books and movies are world wide.

It's more a gossip article, tossing in the BS about not talking with the other actors on the phone and text message shit. Like that makes a whole lot of difference and is proof of anything.

While searching for crazy Harry Potter fans screaming bloody murder at the news (for laughs), I came a cross an article that had a quote from the actor that plays Ron that him and Harry have basically shunned her and don't speak to her outside filming the movie they're working on.

Sounds like she is really considering not doing the last two films.

Not that I care really, but after doing 5(?) Harry Potter movies, this move -if she carries through- won't do anything but hurt her career (in my opinion).
