| Fall Movies (AKA the slow months) There are several big films coming out at the end of the year. The Two Towers, Gangs of New York, Die Another Day, Star Trek: Nemesis, Harry Potter 2, Solaris all among them. What has peaked your interests that's coming out in the next two months before Harry Potter kicks off the holiday movie season? The only two that I'm really anticipating are The Four Feathers and The Ring. Below, Rules of Attraction and Knockaround Guys all look somewhat interesting as well. For a list of movies coming out the rest of the year follow this link Dark Horizons 2002 Movie Index.

+34 Internets | "that movie done by the guy who did the professional....it's got that guy from Snatch and Lock Stock and two smoking barrels?" Transporter? Something like that...that does look pretty good. |

| *spoiler* Dont worry folks, remember in the Stealing Harvard TV preview the stop-N-go clerk shoots at them with a shotgun? Well thats only 20 minutes into the movie and it results in an exudation of Tom Greens brains from his head. Jason Lee spends the remaining part of the flick bursting into convience stores and killing the workers in a self proclaimed "cleansing". Thru this and plundering he manages to save up enough money for the girl to go to Harvard. The entire movie it designed to show that people of unethical poor backgrounds can still be a success much like Tom Green(why he agreed to be in the movie). They dont lead onto the bloody quickey mart genocide in the ads because they are goin for shock value I guess, you know how tom green is *boggle*. Last edited by dak : 09-10-2002 at 02:45 PM. |

| Talking about "The Mean Machine" with Vinnie Jones? Don't know when that is released in the US but it sounds like the film you're talking about.

But yeah, it's called The Transporter as someone above said. It got pushed back apparently because the test screenings were so good and they didn't get enough advertising out for it. (huh?) They also cut the deflecting the missile with a garbage can lid scene according to someone who saw a sneak peak (thank god). Previews have been saying it's a really fun movie, with some of the best car chase scenes ever (With Uber BMWs). | |

| I suppose you liked the remake of The Shining too? Anyone that even thinks they can remake a masterpiece needs their head checked. Waste of time and money. Point of No Return was so terrible it's on my worst-of movie list right above Garbage Pail Kids: The Movie. |
