+13 Internets | Golden Globes Golden Globe Nominations Some pretty surprising results there. I can't believe Grey's won best drama ahead of the other nominees, and Hiro definitely deserved some love. It's also a little disappointing that the foreign language films is domninated by 2 big budget hollywood movies. I know they qualify for the category, but it usually serves as a good way to find out about foreign movies that might not otherwise have gotten much exposure. |

| I'm just happy that Lost didn't win. Don't me wrong, I love the show, but god damn they love to drag that shit out wayyy too much. I'm a little upset that the office didn't win the Best Television seriers - Music or Comedy. And Alec Baldwin for best performance? Come on... Zach Braff, Steve Carell, and Tony Shalhoub (especially Tony) all deserve it more than him.. that's just ridiculous.. IMO anyway... |

+19 Internets | This is why nobody takes them seriously. Dreamgirls cleaned house? Eddie Murphy over Pitt and Jack? Grey's winning, Ugly Betty (though not a bad show at all) over office, entourage and weeds? At least House and Baldwin won. |

Weeds is a damn good show, Idk what the fuck people were thinking I still strongly disagree with the Baldwin decision.. Last edited by Bemeren : 01-15-2007 at 11:06 PM.

Agree with everything. Though I'd put the other 2 dramas over Grey's also. I love Baldwin on 30 Rock, but woulda gone with Steve Carrell over him. He's been just amazing on The Office for the past 2 seasons.

But then again, you can't expect much for an awards show that would nominate Kyra Sedgwick for best actress, let alone actually give her it. The Closer is one of the dumbest and most unbelievable cop shows I have ever watched.
