Actually, I think the faces are what bug me the most about the new models too. Except for Prime, none of them are easily recognizable as their classic counterparts. Between that and (obviously) new voices, it's basically impossible to capture their classic personalities for us nostalgics.

Ugh. Those pics of the transformers are terrible. I agree with whoever said they look like they came out of the movie virus.

Prime isn't supposed to look like the Predator with his mask on. He supposed to look ... well friendly.

Transformers clip during the MTV movie awards showed Optimus talking to Sarah Silverman. He did, indeed, have lips. However, his voice was money. I don't think I'll be getting stuck on the fact that he has lips. He still has the faceplate that covers his mouth otherwise.

Half the show seemed like a fucking Transformers hype fest, though. "Exclusive" clips throughout, trailer time during commercials, Transfomers was even named "The Best Summer Movie You Haven't Seen Yet" and Michael Bay already got a fucking award, haha.

THIS makes the film and I havent seen it yet. Looks like Prime came out of a 50+ mph transformation. Looks so awesome. Cannot wait.

You know someone said the transformers look like robots from Virus but I tend to disagree. The robots from Virus look like Phyrexians from MTG.
