So far, I've posted anime filled with action, and anime filled with tears. Now we've got anime that makes your heart melt. You know what I mean? Like the feeling you get when you see a kitten rolling in the grass.

This is a scene from Tonari no Totoro (My Neighbor Totoro) showing Mei's first meeting with the Totoro. Since there are only 4 lines of dialogue, I decided not to subtitle this one. For those of you who can't stand now knowing what she says, I'll post it here

Line 1: Who are you?
Line 2: Mak-Kuro Kurosuke?
Line 3: Totoro? Your name is Totoro, right?
Line 4: So it's Totoro afterall... Totoro.

I liked it. I've had a bad day and this cutesy clip really relaxed me. Under normal circumstances, though, it's just too cute for my tastes. Any more than 8 minutes of it and I would have had to turn it off to preserve my sexuality. If I had a small child or an asian girlfriend that likes Hello Kitty I might watch this movie in full.
