I dunno, if anything Oscar history shows those who are dead and receive a nomination generally don't win, there was only one exception, even James Dean who was nominated twice after his death lost both times.

Let me just say, thank God they decided to not rehash the Joker's origin. It gives more time for crazy to happen, plus, really....do we need to find out how he was "created" again? I say no. Good call on that one.

I wasn't even this pumped for Begins. I have always been a big batman fan, and have always been anxiously awaiting the new batman movies (even B&R) months beforehand, but this is the first movie ever, I have been checking online for updates I'd say 3 times a week for over a year...

I wish I was in a coma for 2 1/2 more weeks...
