+2 Internets | Uh... Faces of Death is real. As far as I know, they're only sold outside America. They're not snuff films. They're documentaries of atrocities. It's like a reporter in Vietnam catching a murder on camera. If you watch some of them closely, you can tell they weren't faked.

+25 Internets | Way back about 6-8 years ago, when me and a few friends had first gotten internet access, while at a friend's house one of the guys typed in www.shownomercy.com. I haven't been there since, but this Faces of Death talk reminded me of it. The original site is down apparently, but there is a mirror supposedly. This shit sticks in my head, so I didn't even click on the mirror, as I have no interest in having flashbacks of horrific pictures. I only ever saw one picture on the site, and that was enough for a lifetime. Don't go to that website unless you really have a penchant for seeing the most horrific things you can possibly see. |

+2 Internets | Just checked out the whole site. It's a little worse than Rotten.com because of the immense amount of children shown, but other than that...

| Stop by www.Steakandcheese.com , they're not as bad as those other two but they have their share of nasty things. |

| For someone who is petrified of needles, the Adrenaline Shot scene in Pulp Fiction had me pushing back so hard against my seat I thought I would break it. Silence of the Lambs when the cops enter the room and see guy crucified to the cell bars. The Serpent and the Rainbow. Railroad spike, meet scrotum. Obviously the first 30 minutes of Saving Private Ryan. The Mines of Moira from the point Pippen drops the skeleton down the well til they get to Lothlorien. The Death Star fight at the end of Star Wars. When Quint tells the story of The Indianapolis in Jaws.

| Blown Away alot of good posts here.. i've been lurking on the movie house for a while now and i thought i'd post. I cant believe that nobody has mentioned Blown Away w/ Tommy Lee Jones as the mad bomber, and Jeff Bridges as the hero/bomb squad cop... anyhow the particular scene i have in mind is the one where he's got the old guy tied up on the play ground with the tube he has to keep balanced. im very bad at this, maybe you can tell and it has been a while since i saw it... but if you've seen the movie you undoubtedly know the scene im refering to. When the old fellow stands up and goes "boom" there's no sound to the explosion, only the light and flames. and there's a shot of Tommy Lee Jones in the next building over. he closes his eyes and sheds a tear as the flames fill the window behind him.. and if i remember correctly the glass breaks out, again with no sound.also there's the scene where T. Jones is on the phone with Bridges and he's in his house.. surprise the wife and kid are home and ... maybe theres a bomb in the house! Bridges is racing home on his motorcycle and at the same time his wife and kid are in the house turning on various things and plugging up things.. you are just sitting there waiting for the explosion. The sound and visuals in this movie are incredible. close ups of electricity jumping on the phone wire as they plug it up.. the insanely loud CLICK CLICK CLICK of the oven as its being turned on...great stuff ![]() my point is.. if you havent seen this movie go see it. it definately belongs in the "most intense" catagory EDIT.. after reading over my own post.. i think its best i go back to lurking.. my mad posting skilllz is teh suck.
