| Comedy movies that only you think were funny.... I dont think I saw a thread for this yet... Basically any movies that you have seen that you thought were hilarious, but when you rented them with your friends, you were the only one laughing. And the next day you go tell your coworkers about it and they confirm that you're screwed up. History of the World Part 1 - I have never met anyone who liked this movie other than me. I mean, the whole part where they use the joint as a smoke screen and then the guys are sitting around stoned trying to be all intellectual.. Mel Brooks! How can people not like it! /sigh (Ive rented this fugging thing like *5* times with different groups of people and I ALWAYS get bitched at!) Dumb and Dumber to some extent. Though I HAVE found a few people who liked this. Like three people I think. That part where he has to piss and he say "Just go man... Just go.." .. I was in stitches. This might be more popular than I think it is, who knows. |

| The Stupids(I'M MY OWN GRAMPA!)... Chairman of the Board(Ahh, props and surfing. Carrot Top is a comedic genius)... Elvira, Mistress of the Dark... Buffy the Vampire Slayer(Luke Perry!)... Son-in-Law, In the Army Now, Jury Duty...you know, any Pauly Shore movie... Young Einstein... Ok, maybe I was lying when I said I thought some of those movies were funny. | Heh I seemed to be pretty alone in thinking Screwed was a funny movie. Same thing with Pootie Tang. Whenever that guy would come out and say "I'm gonna sine your pity on the runny kine," I would start cracking up. I thought Mr. Deeds and How High were damn funny. I'm really quite simple when it comes to these things. If you're making a comedy, before anything I believe you should put some stuff in there that's actually humorous. You know, stuff that makes you go Ha-Ha. Maybe I'm crazy. That's why I'll never understand Deuce Bigalow, I found that movie startlingly unfunny. Same thing with South Park the movie. I think I laughed twice the whole time. That's 1 laugh every 45 minutes. Not good for a comedy. Last edited by Awanka : 08-08-2002 at 10:02 AM. |

+8 Internets | Deuce Bigalow was great, I mean, c'mon, how often do you get to see some European model guy go "Excuse me, I must make peepee." See this keychain? Mini yo-yo. Know how I got it? Man-whorin'! All my friends hate Spinal Tap, but it still kills me.. |

| In 1978 a movie with Burt Reynolds called The End came out. About a man trying to committ suicide. I laughed so hard I almost peed. Not one other person in the theatre was laughing. Why do friends look at you funny when this happens. They should be happy you are having fun damnit. |
