| The transformers movie was great. I remember working at a camp, we were showing it, and I was the only one of the counsellors who remembered where the *one* swear word was in the entire movie so I could fast-forward it past it(dealing with kids in grade 5/6 here....). What about somewhat newer cartoons though? Basically, any cartoon by dreamworks is the fucking own(except spirit, WTF were they thinking?). |

| The Last Unicorn The Last Unicorn was the most affecting cartoon I've ever seen. I remember I was like 7 when I saw it and I was crying like a girl. I only saw half of it, I had to leave before it finished, and I've always been meaning to see the whole movie again. I just never got around to it. That was 15 years ago and I probably shouldn't see it now. I know I'll be all disappointed and shit, have my childhood disillusioned. Black Cauldron was good too. I remember reading the 5 book series it was based on when I was 10. I don't remember much but it was kinda like Lord of the Rings. It's funny you can't find those books anymore, it's like they disappeared. Screw Transformers. Anyone remember Jay-C and the Wheeled Warriors? That was a great fucking cartoon. |

| Hrmm The Land Before Time (first one only) I thought was a very good movie, perhaps one of the only that is on the same level as Nihm.

| black cauldron Black Cauldron was based on a great series of childrens' books by Lloyd Alexander called the Chronicles of Prydain. "The Book of Three " is the first in the series. "Black Cauldron " is the second in this series. |
