| haha, wow they got some awesome comedic talent there. Bob Saget directing, Dance Cook, Jason Alexander, Lewis Black, Norm MacDonald, Alyson Hannigan, Samuel Jackson as narrator.. holy shit, and out of nowhere it's Dave Coulier and John Stamos! Fuck, just get the Olsen twins involved too, make it Full House penguin style. |

+25 Internets | Mockumentaries about penguins? I dunno, the one you linked is probably the only one. Mockumentaries in general? Fucking Spinal Tap immediately leaps to mind and makes me want to murder everyone who didn't think of it instantly upon reading the title of this thread. |

+24 Internets | Hard Core Logo , Canadian directed and Casted. About a Punk band long past it's prime that gets together for a reunion tour across Canada. It documents the trip, Hugh Dillon , of the Headstones, plays the lead and he is fantastic. All original music performed by the band, and tons of cameos by various Punk/Alternative rock figures from past and present. Great movie if you are into these mock movies. |

+37 Internets | Is it actually a mocking type of movie, though? I thought it was meant to be taken seriously. And yeah, Dillon got pretty rave reviews from Tarantino for it even, and I believe he bought the American distribution rights he was so impressed. Too bad he's strung out half the time, otherwise the Headstones might not have broken up and he may have had half a chance of making a go of being an actor. |

Fear of a Black Hat is hilarious. "Naw man. We was in... Cleveland when dat shit went down." I love hearing the front man explain how their sleazy lyrics were actually really political. lol... must rent this film again.

| For Spinal Tap, be sure to get the version that has about an hours worth of unused footage + the in character commentary track by the band. Its like getting 3x the movie. Fear of a Black Hat is great. Definite tribute to Spinal Tap, but great at making fun of the earlier days of Rap. Gotta love songs like "Kill Whitey", "Guerillas in the Mist" and "F--- the Security Guards" plus all the various artists names, so many Ices. Quote:
