Forget AC, where the hell is FFXII? It's literally dropped of the face of the earth, I haven't heard a peep about it in like 6 months... hopefully they took it back to development and changed that gay-tastic real-time combat system...

FF7: Advent Children is scheduled for 12/31/05 DVD and PSP release according to:

It was originally going to be a collection of clips but it morphed into a full feature film due to the scope of the project. Expected running time upwards of 70 minutes now.

FF12 on the other hand is a loose Fall 2005 release, that's for japan I think, so we'll prolly be spring 2006.

Installing Apple's Quicktime software is a mistake.

K-Lite Codec Pack is all you need to play pretty much any video format, plus you get QT and Real Alternatives which play those formats perfectly without the sucking of ass that goes with the real thing.

Or if you don't like codec packs, you can just download QT Alternative separately, and then get ffdshow and Real Alternative to cover everything else.
