I do not condone, encourage, or approve of the unauthorized transfer, posting, or sale of copyrighted materials on these boards.

That said, I am not going to stop you unless obligated to do so. You are free to link or post whatever you want, but at your own risk.

By posting or linking a file on these boards, you agree to accept sole and total liability for your actions. That is to say, you will hold yourself accountable for the legal consequences (if any) of your file sharing. Neither I, nor the owners and administrators of the FOH forums, are responsible for you.

It will be assumed that anyone who posts, links to, or hosts a file on Millie's Movie House or Millie's Music House has understood and accepted the afforementioned terms.

Furthermore, I reserve the right to revise this file-sharing policy at any time. It is your responsibility to keep abreast of the current policy of the boards.

Nobody messed up, and nobody's in trouble. I just felt that there was a need for a well-articulated file sharing policy on the boards.

Lately a lot of new users have been asking about my stance on file sharing. I felt now would be as good a time as any to formalize it in writing.
