| I think the best part of that trailer was that they are using the original music. That really made it that much better... Now, if I can just convince that X-Men director to fucking change their theme song to the X-Men animated series theme song...that's all I fucking want. |

| DC Owns Proctor72521 proves himself by his numerous Infinite Crisis references. It is hands down one of the best comic events in years. Much better than what Marvel has been putting out sans the upcoming Civil War and Runaways/Ultimates. DC Comics and the upcoming Superman movie make me happy to be a comic book fan. |

| Marlon Brando lives! And some other stuff. He looks badass on his hard landing. :P

+1 Internets | I take back what I had to say about Bosworth. Judging from the trailer, I think she'll pull it off, regardless of how she looks. Whoever's playing Olsen is spot on as well, although I still wish they went with Hugh Laurie as Perry. Quote:

| The only thing that turns me off about the comics is that he's HUGE. Like Arnold Swartzanigga. That's why I liked Birthright, he was big but not OMG TEH HUGE! Anyone besides me loving the colors in the second pic? It's great, like the old Fletcher cartoons.

| Until now I've been at best very mildly intererested in this movie, and the director swapping (although Synger is great) was not helping make this movie any more promising to me.. but after seeing this trailer, and seeing Kevin Spacey act as the nuttiest supercriminal ever, I am definately going to go watch this. |

Also, if you guys want a new (sort of) interpertation of Superman, check out Superman: Birthright. I can find you guys a preview, if you'd like, but it's AWESOME.

+1 Internets | If anyone is seriously interested in Infinite Crisis shit, I can hook you up over AIM, PM me. I probably won't get #7 for a few, but it sounds amazing. Also, Birthright is fucking amazing (better be, it cost me $30). Unfortunately, they're retconning it from continuity (as if it weren't muddled and ignored to begin with). It's still an awesome stand alone though.

+4 Internets | As much as I like Kevin Spacey, it will be very difficult to not think of Gene Hackman as Luther. From the clips, though, I wouldn't be suprised to find out that Spacey had studied Hackman in a few other films as he has his mannerisms, even outside of the Superman series. EDIT : How did Superman come back to life, anyway? |

| From what I understand, Superman never actually died in the movies. He just went on a retreat for seven years or so to think and go back to his origins, and I guess people assumed he had died because he wasn't around to stop supervillains anymore. I never read the comics though so I could be wrong. |
