| Benchwarmers The movie was decent. Unrealistic funny. The movie is like the bad news bears (remake not original), slap stick edition. There are tons of jokes to laugh at while nerds are winning. This movie would be a mixture of the movies: Nerds, Blank Check, and Bad News Bears (remake). Worth the rent, or if you are into those type of movies wait till its at a cheap theater. There is a part towards the end of the movie. I won't ruin it. But its great. |

As for the movie, I think it looks pretty bad, which is a shame, I'd like to see Heder do something funny.

| David spade is 1 of many. The guy who played napolean dynamite plays himself again in this gem. Rob Schneider plays the jock , and Jon Lovitz the billionaire. Then there are a slew of cameos of sports people throughout the movie. If you liked Kicking and Screaming, this is the same level with more slapstick. |

He needs to watch out or that charecter is going to be stuck with him for the rest of his life, sure alot of people play the same type of char over and over, Daivd Spade for example. .. but atleast they change somewhat. In Benchwarmers he was Napolean with a diff name, thats all. I'm not saying this is 100% bad, but you can only get so far with the Napolean persona. Edit- and yea I loved the movie, David Spade is currently one of my top comedy actors, along with Rob and Adam Sandler (if he would stop trying to do 'serious' movies.) | |

| Spade is horrible when he's trying to act cocky like on his show. It's embarrassing to watch. But he's good in this movie. They took a bunch of guys that probably can't pull off a movie all by themselves, and they end up doing well as a group. The movie was pretty goddamned funny. Nick Swardson (the agorophobic) is one of my favorite standups recently, and I loved his few parts in it.
