In addition to the classics like Deus Ex, System Shock 2, Thief, PST, etc. I would like to see movies of Max Payne and the sequel, plus Alan Wake if the game lives up to the hype Remedy have been creating. | |

| Well I actually haven't considered putting faces on SC as I've done on countless of books for an example (just finished Feast for Crows). Beckinsale as Kerrigan would be pretty cool and it's also a character that you cannot get without. Tbh, they don't need major celebrities for this. It all depends on how you wanna shot the movie with a few stars (heroes) and so on, or following cores/groups instead. Although I hate to see Kerrigan playing an evil role.. well we all know how Kerrigan turns out. Brad Pitt as Jim Raynor! Err, joke aside. Wasn't there a red-head ghost female hero once? Scarlet Johannson (sp) k thx. Been a while since I actually played SC campaign. I need to do it again soon, but DotA's so addictive.

Anyways: Devil May Cry. I don't know who to cast, but this could own. Earthworm Jim Battletoads God of War. I usually think of Vin Diesel as worthless, but I think he could play the lead role well. Just be Riddick from Pitch Black but with body paint. Various other ones people mentioned sound fun too.

| Halo and Halo2 are practically ready-made for a good contemporary sci-fi flick. It's got an outstanding arc with an easy-to-cast main character and a rich, haunting backstory. It feels and plays like a Larry Niven novel (as intended) and would translate very well to a film or a mini-series without being too kitschy and niche like the japanese console properties tend to. |

We played it recently just to get to that level and it was still fun as hell. We didn't beat it but we came pretty close. (That level sucks with 2 people, one fuck up = both start over)
