I think it looks good also. Reeves was a good choice for it. Fits in the genre of movies like matrix sorta from the preview i saw so he was a shoe in. Hope it ends up good and Lucifer decides to step onto earth and fight him but wont happen.

I liked Keanu and the entire Matrix series :\

Anyway, this movie does have some a lot of potential as long as they do what Fadaar says and not make it cheesy like a lot of the other comic book movies out.

Werd, I love Keanu and all the Matrix movies as well. From the trailers alone I think it looks good and will be seeing it.

Oh yeah, looking forward to seeing it. I don't mind Reeves at all, just that I never actually saw him in any movies I thought well of before Matrix. The Watcher and all that, meh.

I like Keanu, but anyone who has ever read Hellblazer can attest to the fact that he is a horrible choice for this role. He basically doesn't fit the original character in any way whatsoever.

I am hoping the plot follows the original enough to make up for the odd casting choice, but my gut feeling is that this movie is going to make League of Extraordinary Gentlemen look like a "faithful adaptation".

Well it's got 3 things going against it my mind:

1) Alan Moore supposedly disowned it and he didn't even do that for League (but maybe it was because he saw the same kind of derail there).
2) The director's only previous credits were Britney Spears and Wil Smith videos.
3) It's running like 3 years late so it's probably gotten the full Hollywood kick in the balls action done to it.

Previews look amazing, they were shown before the Phantom of the Opera of all movies
