While I was there I realized that NY/LA fuckers can eat my ass with their limited releases of Appleseed and Hitler Hit Parade. They don't want people downloading movies but they release all the good shit in two cities on the entire planet...

rotten tomatoes is a stupid ass site, they hate everything typically. i havent seen the movie but going by rotten tomatoes is just a stupid idea.

Uhm, don't they just collect other people's reviews and tabulate them, a la www.gamerankings.com? While no single review is definitive, if the vast majority feel it sucks, chances are they are on to something...

For some movies I would look to RT for general idea's on how the movie will be. Horror thrillers like White Noise usually dont cater to 1 group of audience, the young teens, up to the elderly can enjoy this movie if its good. So a 10% Fresh on RT i'd believe it to be a disappointment. A movie like Dumb and Dumber, which I liked and thought was funny back in the day, would obviously get alot of rotten, with a few fresh from those that like half ass slap stick comedy.

Heres someone who understand what the puropose of this site is. Not as Biblical law but a guide to what the pulse of film critics and fans regarding Films. Everyone knows critics hate Sci Fi and Horror and it takes an incredibly and undeniably good film of those genres to garnish any sort of praise.

On the whole, I have found 70-80% of the time when RT has a film scoring abysmal, I usual agree.

Saw this the other day. Really a shitty movie. Do not go watch it. Definitely not worth it. Shitty story overall, no kind of plot and lots of "whys".

this movie is actually hilarous. Seeing a grown man stare at fuzzy TVs while neglecting his young child and eating fake-looking sandwiches was all included in this classic. Not to mention the rediculously silly 'voices' that just shout pig and bastard etc. I really don't know who thought up the idea "Hey, lets film someone looking at a SNOW ON TELEVISION, in 19 different angles, for a combined time of over 30 minutes! People will love it!"

I actually laughed when he grabbed the big TV, got real close to it, the camera zoomed in and it looked like he had a bad cable connection and was crying. haha so classic
