The Book Thief by Marcus Zusak. I cried throughout the whole book. One of the best books I've ever read

Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Such a great book/trilogy(?).

Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro.

Chain of Dogs got me too. One of the best books in the series.

Every friday, those who had less than 1 infraction watched a movie, while those who didn't were all put in study hall. It was great, until some teacher picked "Where the Red Fern grows" as our movie for the week. The misbehaving children came back to find 30 other students bawling, 3rd grade soccer practice actually got cancelled for the day. Always made sure to pick up 2 infractions after that (and actually dodged Old Yeller 2 months later).

Armor by John Steakley when Felix has to face the fact that he can't outrun the past. Crushing.

Memories of Ice was just slightly more moving on the scale, than deadhouse, for me.

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
The scene at the end where all of the soldiers and even the T'lan Imass all put a token of honor on Itkovians barrow. I wept uncontrollably like a little girl.

Also, in Dust of Dreams

When I half believed they were actually about to kill Tool's kids and Toc the Younger saved the fucking day like a bad ass got to me a bit.

Closest I've been to crying from a book was, of all the strange things, when Laurana died at the end of Dragons of a Lost Star...
