I specifically stated the rules in my OP. Feel free to start talking about Pre-crisis Supes and Runepower Thor. How do you even draw a conclusion when both of these chars at those power levels are nigh ominpotent?

OK, let's have the argument of Pre-crisis Supes versus Odinpower/Runepower Thor. Most people pretty much think Thor would win at their regular power levels.

In one corner, we have Thor:

Thor will win because Thor is a true god whereas Superman is a mortal with godlike powers.

Thor wins after an truly epic struggle but then we find out that the Superman he was fighting was a perfect clone, but not the real Superman. Superman then appears but Thor is too weak to engage him which Superman says is a good thing because his scales "go to eleven".

End of story. I should write comic books.

When Superman defeats and kills Thor, Donald Blake transports to the void once more to convince Thor to wield the Mjolnir again for the greater good. Thor finally accepts and once again is resurrected. After being resurrected, Thor unleashes his rune power and defeats Superman in one fell swoop. Superman is now defeated and mortally wounded. However, Superman is a mortal being and cannot recover from such a state and eventually dies.
