+5 Internets | Bleach 188 page 11 | One Manga I guess he only saw an arrancar over ten years ago... didn't necessarily fight him. This chapter is like over two years old. A few of the info sites have it wrong, they say isshin fought an arrancar ten years before the main timeline. I need to stop going to these other online forums too much misinformation! |

He is saying the Arrankar now look quite different from the one in the past and it's already been revealed that the ones modified by Aizen are far more complete then the Arrankar who have taken off their masks themselves. Add that to the fact that Masaki died just six years before the main storyline. The main storyline is at max one year long. | Sadly though, researching these old issues has only confused me more. In that same chapter where Isshin talks to Urahara about the Arrancar, is the same chapter in which Shinji/Ichigo are having their initial scuffle across town. Unfortunately, when it comes to the sensing of Ichigo's dad's spritual pressure, Shinji claims "I do not recognize this immense shinigami power...", thus throwing a wrench into my ideas of Isshin being around during this new past-timeline. If he had been, Shinji should have easily been able to tell who it was. This new issue can't come fast enough. |

+5 Internets | Oh yeah, i definately agree it wasn't grand fisher that he saw ten years or decades before when he said arrancar. I'm going to let the rest of the time shit slide because the manga author himself might not be keeping track of shit. |

| Or shinji was just playing the part of the fool because Ichigo can't sense people's powers for shit. But I kinda think that Ichigo's dad came in directly after those guys became Vizards, since he seemed to be aware of their existence. |

| The new anime filler arc seems bizarre. We already have those fucking dolls turning up randomly, which will only get worse since the manga is now hyping Urahara up as even more of a major character than he was before. Now we have this new Captain who is going to do what... randomly interfere with fights and trip over in a fine example of japanese comedy?  We will see...I thought it would be cool if the anime got some canon material, probally backstory to complement the manga. Maybe this new character could even turn up in the manga and have the majority of his backstory in the anime? Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
