Poor Ero-Sennin. He will be missed, but it was essential that either he or Kakashi die in order to send Naruto in a frenzy. With the back story provided and Jiraiya having the "seal scroll" for Naruto, it turned out that it was he who absolutely HAD to die in order for Naruto to grow. But if I remember correctly, Naruto also had some crazy speed when he went into a frenzy before vs. "batwing" Sasuke. Perhaps he can learn to harness the Kyuubi and create a new "yellow flash"? We get to see his next stage of Frenzy in the next Anime too. Atomic Bomb anyone?

But really, who the fuck is Pain?

Konohamaru, obviously.

It might end up being that Hanzo guy that Pain supposedly beat, the one that mopped the floor with the sannin before. Or, in keeping with somewhat recentish events, he'll just be a random badass that randomly shows up.

Naruto needs to finish his wtfpwn rasengan. Also, he needs to somehow pick up a few of his dad and Jiraiya's jitsu's - I mean, there's really no hope of Naruto ever catching up to Sasuke if he only has his one supermove to rely on.

This. Naruto´s fighting style really could some variety but I guess it doesn't really fit his character. Would be awesome though if he became more like Jiraiya rather than how he fights now.

Waiting on this shit is killing me, I keep wishing it was like when I first came back to Naruto and I had missed over a hundred episodes. A good week of non stop anime. This once a week on the manga and then 2-3 weeks on the anime is for the birds.

On topic.. I see Tsunade getting very bitchy in the coming episodes, and Naruto getting a little one on one training with Kakashi once he gets better.

What was kinda funny/sad was how Jiraiya considered his turndown's by Tsunade as one of his main failures in life =P

After Tsunade gets her ass kicked, yeah, Naruto will be the one. It would be sad if Jiraiya's fulfillment of the prophecy was to infact become a bad guy (Anakin-inzed).

it does make sense that jiraiya would eventually become a body for pain. After all it looks like Pain somehow makes the bodies of those defeated by him a part of himself (how or why this happens we dont know yet), so the old Jiraiya is dead, but a Pain-Jiraiya is sure to happen.

Im hoping that doesn't happen, but Jiraiya has to be the toughest sob to fight Pain, which would definitely make him a nice new body.

It would be mad awesome for Naruto to master the flash steps ninjutsu. That and the completed rasengan would spell trouble for Pain.

Yeah I was thinking 1000 clones doing the 4th's flash steps - holy fuckin christ. But Naruto's gonna need more if he expects to beat Pein.

Does anyone know wtf the meaning of those numbers that he wrote on that frog's back? Anyways, Tsunade gets a message from a frog, probably news about Jiraiya. Itachi and Sasuke finally gets started - now we gotta wait for next week to see how that goes.
