Sasuke uses sharingan to put him a genjutsu and lets his guard down
8 tails breaks it, hurts Sasuke, then explains that if you have a bijuu under control they can act as your partner to break the genjutsu.
Chapter ends with the 8 tails fully transforming into a giant octopus thing.

Chapter out. Sasuke got really fucked up, chest/neck almost gone. Juugo is... I don't know... transferring his flesh and some chakra to Sasuke to save him or something.

The bijuu isn't an octopus. It's a giant ox with tentacle-like tails. Face looks like something from Shadow of the Colossus.
