Yes shame on me for saying mandara instead of madara. Either way the idea that any members of the Akatsuki let alone both Uchiha's are good guys seems like poor twist.

I'll wait to see where he is going with this before I call it a complete bust but I dont see how this can make the story go anywhere but down. The best part of the story for a while now has been the development of Shikimaru. Everything else has been pretty bland.

Pretty epic. Nice battle between Shodai and Madara. Can't wait for the anime verion of that.

Looks like Madara did indeed summon Kyuubi during his fight with the first, but still somehow lost. They don't go into it at all, just show a double page with the fox tearing shit up and the Hashirama looking worried. But.. after the fight was over, and however much later (years?) Kyuubi attacked the village, Madara says it wasn't him.

Pretty neat chapter. Wish we didn't have to wait for it so long, though.

So much story in one chapter, it almost feels like i'm reading a normal manga. I'm proud of Kishimoto, hopefully he keeps up with the content level.

The first has the wood technique that can supress the Kyuubi. That's why Madara lost.

I cant help but think that Madara is manipulating Sasuke into thinking he's the good guy to get him into Akutsuki.

Madara has no reason to tell him the whole truth either. I figure most of what he is saying is true, but leaving out some of the finer details that would say otherwise.

Most people are thinking Danzou is Madara now. Both have the same haircut,both old,and Danzou has his eye covered to hide the EMS.
