It is Sasori.

Look on the double page where they're all firing at Sasuke, you can see the circle where Sasori's heart was as well as the panel that contained all of his chakra strings.

It's a puppet of him. Whether it's actually Sasori (like Sasori did with the 3rd) or an imitation puppet nonetheless that's badass.

It seems like the only way this fight could end is Sasuke is beating everyone, which is... dumb, to say the least. Hopefully Madara or Danzou interrupt it somehow.

As bloodthirsty as sasuke can be he knows that facing the 5 kages at once plus their bodyguards is a suicide mission. In fact he just wanted to sneak in and get to Danzo. Now that everyone knows where he is he may very well escape after testing the extent of his abilities.
