I'm thinking part of his face will be mutated somehow, that might explain it. Some kind of bulbous mass.

His right eye and arm are probably monstrous and will factor in to how he fights or something.

Pretty sure the weird perspective is just supposed to represent "zooming in" on the eye.. kind-of like the fish-eye lense thing that happens when Kakashi does his mangekyou, etc.

that does appear to be what the speed lines are indicating

The odd perspective is probably hinting at the fact that his sharingan is unnatural too, crudely implanted or something.

One thing of note. There seems to be a warrior (samurai class ) that will act as guards for the Hokage meeting..

This should be very interesting,and one wonders how powerful these Samurai class warriors are in the Ninja world.

i'm officially tits out excited to see what the samurai bring to the table. seems really late in the story though to bring them into the fold. Wonder if this will be a 1 time thing or if we'll see them more often now.

I don't know how much longer the actual story can last. The samurais are the guardians of a peaceful country and there are no more antagonists left after Madara.

I wonder what will become of Zetsu and Kisame. Akatsuki are pretty much wiped out now, but those guys never got much time to shine, Zetsu especially.

Seems like Kisame is going to remain loyal to Madara since we found out he's the former Mizukage, so maybe he'll fight alongside him when the time comes. Zetsu also seems loyal enough, but he's so aloof I could see him just going off on his own as well. He doesn't seem like the combat type so far.

I agree with Zarcath that it seems late to bring Samurai into the fold and develop them, but I'm excited to see what they're like. I hope it isn't just a Bleach style thing where they have different sword techniques.

well, in terms of antagonists...samurai could open up a whole new world. We could see an entire power reboot if ninjutsu isn't as effective on samurais

Though I feel like the whole Naruto story is stretched out way too long. It would be really cool if he stopped going forward and lengthening the story and went back and expanded, show what other people were doing.

Yeah, I think it'd be really interesting to see some side-stories at least that were about the other villages and how they do things, or stories about some of their more prominent shinobi, maybe some of the other jinchuuriki.

It seems like once Naruto really took off, probably after the Chuunin exams, the momentum hasn't stopped and it got further and further away from the ninja stories. I'd kind of like to see more of the world and a few stories that are more like the Zabuza arc, ninja teams simply doing interesting missions.

Not that I dislike the current series, but if he were to continue the manga somehow after Naruto's, or should I say Sasuke's story is done, it might be cool to see something like that.

Boring chapter this week. Naruto pleads with the Raikage to not pursue Sasuke,and they laugh at him.

Yamato brings up the fact that Kohona still sees them as an enemy because of what transpired with the hyugga clan. Raikage shuts up after that

Sasuke goes with Zetsu to scout out Danzou before they attack him

Ends with all the Hokages together for the meeting
