Sorry but nothing happens in the Marvel World that Stan Lee hasnt approved ahead of time. No way Captain america dies unless Stan Lee said he dies.

No one outside America gives a rat's ass about Captain Longstockings anyway, so that's why he is getting the bullet. To the rest of the world he is just another Imperialist asshole.

Still, getting cut out by a sniper is a pretty weak way to go. Shoulda resseructed a few cyborg Nazis or some shit to do it.

my main problem with this is that they had him being killed by being picked off by a sniper as he leaves a court room. pretty weak, not to mention unoriginal.

unoriginal might have been the wrong word choice... uncreative is more what i meant. i don't read comics but it seems like they could have come up with something better than that.
