Grendel

Not really a book, comic book but still, it's amazing.

I've always been intriqued by the series, really in awe of how Matt Wagner took a simple story about Hunter Rose becoming a crime lord into this apocalyptic nightmare world of honorable ninja/knights living by the code of Grendel. This is probably my favorite comic, not sure if they are still coming out regularly, I've downloaded a lot of the old stuff, there is a good torrent available on Demonoid if you're interested or remember the stories yourself.

Anyway just thought I'd pass it along, if you are into comics this is one you should definitely check out. Grendel is the most badass thing ever.
