+1 Internets | Terry Pratchett's Discworld Quite possibly the best(and longest) book series ever. I've run the whole series twice over, and have been pretty bored as of late so if it wasn't for the upcoming WoW expansion I'd probably do it again. Anyone else here a fan? |

| Big fan. Pratchett is one of my top five, never read a bad novel by him. He manages to put so many layers into what most people look at as "funny books". They aren't that at all. Satire at its finnest, and so many different characters telling so many different themes.

+1 Internets | Favorite would probably be Reaper Man, Small Gods, or Night Watch. Night Watch is easily his most dramatic book. Has anyone read the Tiffany Aching books of his? I heard they were aimed at kids; are they worth reading anyway? |

| Got into them after I read Pratchett and Gaiman's collaboration, Good Omens. (Both authors were recommended to me, so I just figured I'd kill two birds with one stone with that.) That was a little over a year ago, but I've been taking my time (usually only read 1 or 2 a month). Just finished Guards! Guard!, so I have a long way to go yet. So far, my favorites have been The Light Fantastic and Wyrd Sisters. Liked Mort a lot too. |

| My memory is sketchy on this, I haven't read from the beginning of the series in some many years so bear with. The deal with Rincewind.. he's left for more sequels right? I am not sure if I'v missed abook based on him so I'l list the ones I'v read; Colour of magic Light fantastic Sourcery eric Interesting times Last continent Just making sure I haven't missed any :P There's aload of his "children's" novels that I never look into so /shrug.

+3 Internets | I love the Disworld series, even though I've only read a few. I don't read for pleasure very often, but when I do, it's often been a discworld novel. Sourcery and Wyrd Sisters are two that stick out for me.

Mind you, I'm sure they could choose to not do that, but Discworld strikes me as such a random place, that any attempts to lay down code would ruin it's feel. Something would get left out, something that someone would consider important, and other people would not even remember reading about. Basically I think it would be too complicated, I guess.

+1 Internets | I just finished The Color of Magic not that long ago and fell in love with it. One question I have is do the restof the books keep the same characters? Will I continue to read about Rincewind and Twoflower? Loved this book |
