The world should know, cause I'm floating right now.

New baby boy, 10:39PM EST Nolan Sonny 7.1lbs (last name ommited).
I never experience anything like that EVER. Wife is at the hospital sleeping, had to come home, they told me to leave so she could sleep. Got to the hospital at 7, 5cm, went to pay parking, came back 9cm. No epidural nothing. The doc said (at this point im getting nervouse cause theres more and more doctors coming in, seeming to be moving with reason) Ok your gonna push one more time and were gonna help this baby come.

Well they grabbed the head with the forceps and pulled it out.
A - I never heard anyone scream like that before
B - I saw something that I beleive I probably blocked out forever, because I already dont remember what i saw.

Fuck I'm happy.

That's how I say it when people don't hear it correct ("Like, Nolan Ryan? Yea..) But, my dad actually got the name from Nolan Cromwell, his favorite football player at the time. Think he sorta knew the guy from college sports (Dad was a good athlete in college, played some minor league baseball, but never made it big)

Some advice: Get some fucking sleep while you can. Don't feel guilty taking advantage of the nursery at the hospital while you can. Otherwise, enjoy.

Congrats! My kid is due at the end of December. I can only imagine how you're feeling right now.

Although, I want to do it the old fashion way, with the guy in the waiting room. I don't want to be mentally scarred, and I'm not a doctor. I am definitely not qualified to be in that room.
