Police won't do shit, it's a civil dispute. Don't even involve them. Get the information from your credit card company or bank regarding the payments made for the property. Take pictures, use a paper to date them. Get as much physical evidence that you can. Try to get the dumb bitch to admit to breaking your stuff via email, like asking why she did what she did.

Then file for small claims.

Basically you want to be able to prove A.) You paid for that stuff. B.) That she probably destroyed it. And you'll need corroborating evidence or it's just he said, she said.

Just because you're a complete dumbass who can spend money on flat screens but not on paying a traffic ticket, doesn't mean you lose your property rights.
