| Everyone is different so quoting a set caloric intake as a rule is wrong. You need to find what your proper level is and go from there. I'd start with around 1400 or so calories but the trick to it is instead of eating 2 meals a day you should do a diabetic diet and stretch them out to 4 or 5 smaller meals. Get in the habit of eating smaller things more often and this will give your stomach time to shrink back to a normal size. It also helps keep your intake level through the day keeping you from getting super hungry and pigging out. Most of it is mental. Most people eat until they are full or eat / snack if they are bored. The hardest thing to get used to doing is eating until your no longer hungry, not full. There is a difference. Also try drinking a large glass of water BEFORE you eat. This will also help fill you up a bit. Losing weight is very simple math. Calories in - calories burned = fat/weight loss. If you stick to it and count your calories and watch the weight loss you will get to your goal. I suggest not going to fast and try adjusting your system and intake to keep the loss to safe levels. No more than 15 pounds a month preferably 10. Expect to hit a wall after your first 15 -20 and it may take a week of hovering around the same or slightly higher weight to see another drop. That is normal. Try and not weigh yourself every day. Especially as a female your body will try and horde water at certain times of the month and this will affect your weight. So once you get your comfortable calorie intake down stay off the scale and check the weight once every week. Good luck. You can do it.

| I'm so manly I don't even have nipples, let alone areolas. I'm certain I don't know what you're talking about.

| Alright I just got back from the gym. I walked in and did a very, very sloppy 300 flat with a spotter behind me. Although he never put a hand on the bar I would not feel comfortable doing this by myself in an empty gym. Sorry FOH I'm not going to put my health at risk to prove a bunch of people I'll never meet irl on the internet wrong. It would probably take me around two or three weeks to get it better. Anyways since I'm backing out of proving that I won't hold Tuco to his ban-bet but I will try and get video of me doing 225 9-10 times. Right after the 300 I did 225 9 times, took a breather and did 9 more so I will strive for 12 but I'm only stating 9 as the minimum. -edit- I also weighed myself (first time in about 2 months or so) and it was 146. I'll get a picture of the scale beforehand. I can also expand more backstory. At 18 when I graduated high school I weighed 120 pounds. I played hockey since 5th grade so I was already in pretty decent shape but I wasn't exactly in great shape. I believe I started out at 95 pounds as my standard benchpress weight. I remember my next stop-point being at 225 pounds maximum. At this time I believe I weighed about 135. Once I cleared that hurdle I then moved to about 145 at which point I have made the decision to stop adding muscle mass. So yeah I don't know why whoever the fuck that was was nerdraging so badly about all this but thats the story.

I'd love to hear you discuss how many skinny and small buck fifty guys were pushing 300 on the bench in your school. None in mine were, and I went to a huge school in SoCal. In order to hit 300 you have to work out and add mass. Unless you are a midget, basic physics says 'nyet'. Perhaps you were the exception to the rule and were able to bench without having any said extra mass. Excuse me if I and most others who lift think that's BS. I tend to ignore outlandish claims on the 'Net. Tenks, how tall are you?

I have no pictures or proof of any kind. Just take my word for it k? edit: oh by the way I lasted 3 hours without blowing my load. Then I wen't and squatted 600lbs 25 times. I weigh 190lbs and have 3 bad discs in my lumbar spine. No proof of any of this either, but I swear it happened.

| Heh; holy fuck. This thread took off. James; Stop stalking me. I already told you; NO GAY SEX. As for the person that mentions running; I actually have a Treadmill my wife made us pick up, I've been using it recently. I am dieting, though my caloric intake is around 1650 a day, which according to the doctor I shouldn't dip below if I'm actually running daily. I'm proud to report 2 lbs the first week. You fuckers want a large ass before pic? |

| If you're 5'10 - 5'11 and around a 145, I have a hard time swallowing that you can bench 300. Same deal as Ancient. Not saying it's impossible, just saying it's tough to believe Benching is all about your chest and tri's. Most guys that size tend to have little there. |

| Sounds good BigW. Make sure to find a routine that works for you. I think thats the #1 most overlooked aspect of fitness is people never stop to say "Am I enjoying this?" If the answer is no then you'll probably stop doing it eventually. I personally detest to run on a treadmill. I cannot stand it for the life of me. So I do my cardio in different ways. Quote:
I'm taking a step back from this thread because it seems to of gotten hostile for some reason and I blame that '08 dicklick for it. I'm honestly not bombastic about my form because I find it douchey. Just like someone who is naturally talented at the guitar and has practiced their ass off to master it can come off as a douche when talking about their passion I know it can happen with me as well. I have nothing to gain by lying to FOH about this. As Ancient has said it is possible. I'm blessed with fantastic genetics to allow me to accomplish this and a passion for it. Nothing more.
