I offered to prove everything I claim. Gecko dared me to go to an Ironman in Florida. The signups are conveniently closed, and he has been signed up for months. I don't claim outrageous poundages or adonis like physique. I am 5'7 ohhhhh no now I'll never get my epic. I never claimed I was an athlete, I can barely run without severe leg pain because of my back. I also don't use steroids, so I'm far from a bodybuilder. I claim a serous lumbar spine issue and I can prove that. I offered to drive the dude who claimed I don't own bars to back up his belief with money and I'd drive him there. The dude turned it down.

Anyone who thinks what I say is overkill or something, is because you are fat and undedicated. Sorry. If my comments ruffle your feathers, then cry about it. But people don't lose 25lbs of fat as James claimed, in a 6 week period. People who weigh 140 don't bench 310 raw with proper form. There are those who can, but it is obvious that he was lying.

The only thing Arkk has claimed is to know a lot about fitness and nutrition. He's also backed that up a lot of times with correct knowledge. If all he is is some fat kid in a chair who likes to read wikipedia and googles answers to problems, that's fine with me because he's usually right.

If you don't like his attitude, get thicker skin. Gym rats will be as adamant as he is about certain things and will have completely opposite opinions sometimes. You have to listen to all parties and form an opinion about stuff yourself.

He's probably full of shit about the bars though, because he hasn't invited me over for a drink =(
