when i was 11 i was riding my bike, didnt look where i was going so i didn t see the metal overhang of my house. the point went onto my head. knocked me off my bike and i ran screaming with blood coming down my face. my mom freaked out, took me to the hospital sure that was the end for me, i thought i was gonna be dead too. 30 stitches and 1 bald spot later im sitting at home eating a whopper. scary at the time but i lived and didnt have to be medicated for the rest of my life over it.

Im not saying those burns werent bad, but hes a grown man, shit happens, get over it, there are little kids with burns all over their bodies who dont have the luxury of being drugged all the time. ask them how bad MJs burns were and see what their reaction is.

He had bed sores and was taking this sort of massive cocktail of drugs for "insomnia"? If it wasn't that doctor it would have been another one. You might as well rule it suicide, sounds like it would be as close to the truth. This guy is the Elvis Presley of the next generation.

IIRC, I was listening to a radio run down of the situation. This doctor had apparently been giving him the propofol for his "insomnia". TO the tune of needing to acquire a large enough supply from some German associates.

He was trying to ween him off the propofol by using different sedatives, ergo the wide range cocktail he had. Of course hitting him up with the good shit after all the rest was probably not the best idea.

Criminal malpractice, and negligent homicide I could see. It's not murder.

yeah, the jackson family has their hooks into this ruling, although by stating that MJ died from "Death by misadventure" that is an accurate ruling and not suicide either. so i guess they need a scapegoat for some reason.
