We might be looking at this all wrong. We're thinking that this was someone with a particularly perverse (and illegal considering the age of the girl) fetish.

It might be a new program they're trying to do as an outreach to show they care about endangered species. They care so much they're willing to make an instructional video showing pandas how they can, in fact, mate in captivity. Captivity , in this case, being a seedy hotel room. And since we can't get enough pandas to do it to film it we are just using actors. And what better way to show you care about the workforce of tomorrow than trying to help some aspiring 15 year old land a job as an actress?

It was a 15 year old boy. He'll probably get charged with trying to solicit a minor for sex or whatever that is called. I doubt they'll find child porn, up until that point he was just looking for someone his age? Who knows though.. it's definitely funny.
