| The factory warranty on your vehicle is about to expire. The originator of these annoying calls has been identified. It is a company called Auto One. For a while I received these scam calls twice a day for over a week although I am on the national Do Not Call list. There is now an effort to fight back at these fuckers. Quote:

+31 Internets | Yeah I get at least 1 call per day on my cell phone. I don't understand how these people make money. I know I hang up as soon as I hear "The factory warran...." Who the hell is giving these people money? |

| Same here, they call my cell phone about twice a week, I've never picked up, and they never leave a voice mail. The only way I know it is these same idiots is because I google the number and it comes up with complaint sites all saying the same shit. |

| We get them on all the work issued cel phones up here where I work. Which we all find amusing. I also get these calls from someone with a pretty obvious Indian accent stating that they have been trying to reach me for some time but have been unsuccessful, and that I should call them at some 866 number. I call that number and get... wait for it.. another message asking me to leave a message. |

| I get these all the time. About a week ago I thought I was getting one and it was an Indian guy trying to sale me medicine I believe. I told him I was a god and my blood could cure all illness. He was very upset on a personal level. |

| I started getting these warranty calls on my work line about two months ago, and there have been consistently 2-3 calls a week. Now I find out that their office is two blocks away from me... |

| I stayed on the line once and had them quote me $82 a month for a warranty on a 2009 ford pinto, when he asked for my credit card information i asked him if he felt comfortable issuing a warranty on a make and model vehicle that does not exist and he hung up on me. |
