+69 Internets | Expecting a Baby Thread I know alot of us feel 100 years older than when UO/EQ/Meridian59 first rolled out. I just turned 28 this week, and we find out yesterday my wife is pregnant with our 2nd kid. I gave the order to quit birth control maybe 1.5 months ago. Having 2 kids 4 years apart seems just about perfect. Would have liked a 5 year spread, but 4 is fine. We have a 3.5 year old boy already. Maybe there's a girl on the way? I gotta come up with some rad names. Our first kid I got to name Patton, half inspired by Mike Patton, and half by George S. Patton. Right now, for a boy Dexter is a front runner, and for a girl Morianna is basically the only name I want. Anyways, I know there's a whole segment of FoH that either has kids, or is having kids. Maybe we can keep this thread bumped every few weeks with more news and announcements from people who are brining in the next generation of "starcraft ghost" players?

| Registered User | My girlfriend is 10 weeks, 1 day pregnant. That puts it at a Nov 14th due-date. She is all over the net about getting information and whatnot. Anyway, we're planning for 6 and living overseas. Here's her list of possible names: Cora Elaine Isla (Eye-luh) Finley Gavin Frederick Ezra Paul Caden (ick) ... still open for suggestions. I want a boy named Havok, buttttt, I doubt that's going to happen. Doing the whole cloth diapers, glass bottles, breast-feeding route to save money and be more "natural."

| Our first baby is on the way. She just confirmed she was pregnant yesterday 4/17/2009 from the doc. She had been using birth control for the entire 3 years we have known each other but this time it didn't work I guess? Shes 5 weeks atm. It was a bit of a surprise and a shock we weren't planning on having a baby for another 3-5 years but we are in a good place now so I think we are good. We are liking the name Lelix if it's a girl and if it's a boy he will continue the male family name.

| My wife was induced for our son, and it was a 26 hour ordeal, so be prepared =P. I hope to God we don't have to do that again with this one. My son is 2.5 years (Elijah Thomas), and daughter (Elizabeth Lynn) will be born in end of June, early July. Going through the pains of potty training #1 now. Parenthood can be fun. Funny thing is, I swore I wouldn't do that stupid name all kids with same first letter, but Elizabeth was the only name we ended up being able to settle on. |

+69 Internets | For anyone having their first kid - don't be scared, having your own kid, toddler especially, is the most awesome thing in the world. My wife and I have totally differenet tastes in names. Right now, I am trying to see how to get the name Carlisle passed... but I think that's gonna get veto'd. That, or Jed I.

| My wife is due June 17. It is our first child. We planned to start having a child this year and switched off birth control but last September we were surprised to realize that the pull out method does not work ![]() I wanted to name her Siouxsie but she will be named Florencia. ![]() The next one will definitely be Siouxsie if it is a girl again. |

Now I'm going to have that Peek-A-Boo song stuck in my head. On topic, my sons name is Gaige. If I had a girl, I'd have named her Lillian (Lilly) Florence. Florence was my Grandmas name (Sioux Indian, on the topic of Sioux-like things).
