Yellow!

So I noticed when I opened up a picture on my secondary display that it was yellow and unclear. Moved it to my primary and it's clear and fine, back again, yellow blurry. Reset all settings, tried toying with every color, brightness, contrast, etc I could and couldn't sharpen this image in windows viewer. Anyone know wtf is going on here? (see gonzaga pics)

clear one is what I see on my primary, other is secondary. the desktop, movies, browser, seem to be clear as can be and I'm not sure I would've noticed at all until I tried looking through some pictures on my second monitor.

edit: while typing this I hit the slideshow button. every picture was clear like it should be and no yellow tint, wtf.

oh and since upgrading to windows7 I can only get my desktop icons on my secondary display unless I disable it. If I make my primary display my secondary then my new primary will have my desktop icons and taskbar, but if I try to use it like I normally do I have my taskbar on my primary and my icons on my secondary, quite annoying

Also now noticing after looking more closely that the browser, fonts, etc seem clearer on the secondary display, and if I drag it back to my primary it's slightly less focused, move it back to the secondary (where the blurry picture is) and it's clear.

edit 2: further noticing that there definitely is a difference going on now. Had to use a bright wallpaper to notice (I had black backgrounds with images in them so I guess I didn't notice before).

Try removing your monitor's cable from the video card jack and then putting it back in.

Ran into that a while back when I used Vista.

This link should detail how to fix it.

Yeah was coming here to say that's what it was basically. Recently ran windows update and it was like "hey monitor driver update" and I did it. Totally slipped my mind until earlier, rolled back drive, everything back to normal

I was going to how you made your Vista taskbar so sexy but then I saw the Windows 7 print.
