Ok, just watched her full speech.

It was 18min long, 15min of which was rambling bullshit.

It seems her reasoning is that she is leaving because bad people are attacking her legally and politically so that it wastes Alaskan tax payer money and her time responding to it all. So she is quitting to save the Alaskans even though she loves Alaska so much!
