| Major Google Error? In an interesting coincidence, after reading a story about Google facing cut-backs given the economic climate, I went to google something for a paper I'm writing and encountered some really strange shit. Most search results as of the writing of this post lead not to what you are looking for (nor to what they say they are), but to various Google advertisers. For instance, I just search He Shen, an 18th century Chinese minister. My results: Heshen - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (title) -- actual site: anticipatesavings.com Chinatoday -- actual site: comebacksearch.com Xin xian he shen zhen (1993) -- actual site: strikingoffers.com Play around with it, probably the most major google bug I've seen. |
