| Furthermore, The negativity the republicans have displayed every step of the way has implications on peoples ability to be objective which is why many would think that. It's quite hard to be objective to two sides if one side is giving you no material to have a true objective standpoint on. 'Bias' is then what it's called. Which is horseshit. Your republican party HAS fucked with elections the past 8 years, yes, it IS probable election fraud is happening from the republicans more commonly than the democrats. |

+87 Internets | lol alamando Honestly the trick ballots don't bother me much because I want Obama to win, and if I had to bet, Obama supporters would be better at voting with a trick ballot that McCain supporters. |

+33 Internets | If it was just the arrow ballot I would be fine with it. Make that arrow ballot the national standard for all I care. The problem isn't that one ballot being complicated. Its that we have different ballots with different standards all over the place. When a problem pops ups (and with how many different polling places and standards we have, there are always problems) we have to go through this massive ordeal (see palm beach 2000). The end result isn't just a shitty system, but also the losing side always blames the system for their loss (see Democrats post 2000 election with Florida or Democrats post 2004 election with Ohio). There's just no upside to having our election standards vary so much from county to county. We could do things much more efficiently and with many fewer problems if we had a national system. The actual process of voting should be the easiest thing in the world.

+36 Internets | Jesus, CNN is showing some of the voter suppression and misinformation tactics being pushed out today. They've highlighted the text messages saying Obama voters should vote tomorrow because of the long lines and ridiculously deceitful robo-calls being put out by the McCain campaign. On a side note, anyone else see Rick Sanchez on CNN earlier rip Joe the Plumber a new asshole? Funny shit. Edit - Found the video: Last edited by Lonin; 11-04-2008 at 03:03 PM.. |

+27 Internets | exactly what I used. column for president, representative, senator, and two prop questions. All bubbles filled in with a provided black marker, then feed into a machine that accepts it anyway. Lady said doesn't matter how you feed it in. |

+20 Internets | Lady told me the same, didn't matter which way it was fed into the machine, just don't fold it in half and put it in sideways. I know I was pretty high, but even I can figure out that much. Loving my sticker. |

I'm not trying to say McCain is going to win Virginia for sure, but it should be far from a huge early lock for Obama. | |

+12 Internets | NoVa has grown in population greatly. Polls were actually showing Obama ahead Quote:
