The Governor of Virginia is term limited to not run consecutive terms, so yeah, cabinet. I suppose to could come back after sitting out for 4 years, but that's not very practical. Also a possibility that Biden steps down after the first term and Kaine fills the spot of successor to Obama.

I only watched the first 2 minutes of Lorren's video, because that's all it takes to realize that he's another sad victim of the conservative trap. The Republicans job is a) keep the rich wealthy, b) make sure the poor remain not only in constant financial struggles, but in an uneducated and ignorant state.

There is not the live footage part in the video the campaign posted on YouTube

That said, it is pretty solid even if a little sappy. There is only one faux pas so to speak: having someone say how "some old members of senat were not too happy about the changes Obama brought to the way things work" and then cut to Joe Biden!
