As the post says I'm looking for a program that will work with vista 64bit that has similar options to power menu. It's a program you run and when you right click a window you can select extra options such as always on top, send to tray, transparency and lets you set program priority as opposed to just minimize and maximize. I'm honestly just looking for something that'll give me the "Always on top" option built into the vista shell, don't need the extra snazz. I've looked around and the one I could find was WindowSpace, but at 35 bucks for a license that's a no go for just a small option like that, and yeah I couldn't find it by other means for 64bit.
Willing to even pay up to 15 bucks for the app. if anyone has any luck finding. Google mostly returns similar programs, but they only work for 32bit systems.
Abstract Path: PowerMenu is the link for PowerMenu in case anyone is interested.
