Use Facebook to find a job

Saw this article linked on Freakonomics and figured some people might find it interesting: Use Facebook Ads to Make Employers Hunt You Down | One Day, One Job

The idea is that you set up ads on Facebook, targeting people in companies you want to work for. The ad directs people to your profile and/or CV. The people who did it apparently got good feedback and you can get $100 worth of ad credits free of charge.

Facebook is going to net huge fucking profits off this.

I really like facebook. It's nothing at all like myspace, which is a site for low class trash. Facebook integrates a lot of really cool features and I can even directly post my LiveScribe Pulse notes for my friends/classmates to check out. The interface is very clean and when used by the right people (ie not dumb bitches who wont stfu about "omg like i have like totally like 800 friends") it is a great professional networking tool.

So yeah, I hope this becomes very popular.

Typically you pay in advance for X clicks/views and your ad is taken out of circulation when you reach that amount. You don't get charged 9000$ when you only wanted to be $200
