This shit should have been done from the beginning, the 10th amendment is the only way for states to assert their rights over the tyrrany of the federal government.

ummm when you're constantly vomitting from chemo inhaled or injected drugs are the only thing that works. And in most situations self injected drugs are not an option.

I'm more interested in this ruling for the effects it will have on state's rights and limiting federal power. This country was founded as a group of united STATES. The original plan was to be more like the EU is now. A small federal government, with almost everything being controlled at a state level.

That said, pot is not a physically addictive drug, and does not have the level of impairment that alcohol does when high. I don't we why we don't legalize pot and reduce the level of alcoholism in the US. And don't give me that shit about a gateway drug. The only reason pot is a gateway drug is because you have to deal with the people that sell the harder shit to get some.

In amsterdam you can only buy weed in licensed cafes which arn't allowed to serve alcohol.

So in england I binge drink and get waaay to drunk. When I went to amserdam I drank about the same amount but it was spread around the day because of frequent cafe visits. So I didn't get anywhere near drunk at all.

I don't know about the US, there is a bit of an alcohol problem here that some weed would sort right out

Almost everyone who is really sick and using marijuana for medical reasons uses a vaporizer.

Since you are probably a pot nazi and don't understand what that is lemme tell you. THC vaporizes at a point well below the temperature it takes to ignite the plant matter containing it. If you apply low heat the THC can be collected free of carcinogenic smoke and inhaled with almost zero impact on lung health.
