| I may have to vote McCain just because his running resulted in tad changing his fucking avatar. Every time he posted that thing made me wanna impale a baby on a spike.

| So which candidate has a more favourable policy proposal / record on foreign trade deals (in your eyes) ? Now that Geneva has broke down and our export sector is one of the few things on the rise, the upcoming years could see some crucial work in this area. |

Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity make over $500 million combined. That is much more than any broadcast news anchor. The #1 cable show, Bill O'Reilly is a conservative. That argument may have been true when Ronald Reagan was President but not any longer. Only an idiot would agree with that statement. Last edited by I'm Rich Bitch; 09-13-2008 at 04:12 PM.. | |

+20 Internets | Maybe I'm misunderstanding this top 1% income thing, or its being misrepresented, but if your making money that puts you in the top 1%, then your not running a small business, even if the paperwork says you are. When I hear "small business" i think of the local privately owned hardware store or flower shop. The small restaurants etc etc. I refuse to believe that Toms Flowers or Jose's Mexican Fiesta is pulling in the top 1% of profits for the country. I'm sure other people feel the same way. So saying that Obama will raise taxes for small businesses, while technically correct, is horribly misleading. |

+52 Internets | Yea.. for real about the "liberal" media. We have a radio station here in New Haven that goes... Imus (which is cool) Beck (sometimes funny) Rush (fuckard) Hannity (Fuckardeder) Levin (un-listenable, so I can't tell you) John Gibson (I feel kinda bad for him) Thats 15-18 hours a day of straight hardcore partisanship. Actually, if a person listens for 6+ hours a day, its indoctrination by any standard. Then on Fox you have Cavuto, OReilly (who isnt that bad really) and Hannity who are all openly conservative advocates. If you have any spare time between your double plus good thought correction sessions, you can go on the internet and hit the Washington Times, National Review, Free Republic, or Newsmax to get more of the same constant, relentless drumbeat pounded into your skull.

| Well, in Texas, at least - the sales tax is fairly high (usually 8.25%, 6.25 of which goes to state) though several things are not taxed (lots of groceries, etc). Also, Texas has rather high property taxes I believe (Usually about $3-$4 per $100 your home is worth.) |
