What did they cut out? Oh that's right, the actual part that proves that Palin was paraphrasing Lincoln when she prayed that "our leaders" are on the same side as divine providence.

It was a stretch of an attack to begin with, but why use something so transparently out-of-context when you could cite her not-so-conservative fiscal record? Oh yeah, because they're ridiculous amateurs and more than a little desperate.

Yes because America would have no issue with a foreign government sending in troops onto our mainland to kill/capture people that they felt were a danger to thier country.

Sending in troops to a country without permission from that country is indeed attacking that country.

I am not saying we shouldn't, but lets make sure we understand what crossing a countries border with armed troops means.

Did she suggest that it WAS God's plan? Did she harp on "Cheyney" and Bush? No, her prayer was a paraphrase of Lincoln's prayer that HOPED that we were on God's side, that the decisions of our leaders were aligned with God's plan.

Read her prayer as quoted CORRECTLY by Arianna Huffington just to diminish the imminent backlash was:
