It's funny actually; Gallup did a study last year on Islam and extremism.

It's weak, but it's on-topic. Something tells me the Wilson sisters are pro-choice, but I didn't see that expressed specifically in these articles.

I think the real reason may be if this whole deal with McCain's very last minute pick of Palin is true(vetting process and all that) then it's probably they don't want her talking to the media because she really doesn't know a whole lot about McCain, his platform, his policies, etc.. So from the republican's point of view, her talking to the media could wind up as a disaster.

Please. That link says that religious fanaticism is a factor in world violence and that it has happened in the US. How is that evidence that Americans are "JUST" as fanatical as Arabs about religion? Did you just assume I wasn't going to read your link?

Romney was really a strong candidate this year compared to McCain. Huckabee basically screwed Romney by making the religion thing an issue in places like WV for example where he told all his supporters to vote McCain.

Huckabees whole purpose even though the Republicans didnt' even like him much at first in staying in that primary was to make sure Romney lost.

Huckabee won WV, it was Mccain supporters who allegedly voted Huckabee to keep Romney from winning the state. Does your argument still work if it's completely backwards?
